I get it, you're too busy to exercise. With work, kids, school, or whatever the case may be, there is just not enough time in the day. This is a common excuse that many of us have. I say excuse because I do not agree with this. There is a big difference between having time, and finding time. Someone that is mentally motivated to get fit will find the time.
Now, I'm not talking about driving to a gym, working out for an hour, and then driving back. What I'm referring to are hidden opportunities that for most people go unnoticed. A few examples are: Waiting for a bus? Instead of just standing and waiting, why not march, or jog in place? You could do some squats. If you are carrying bags, or holding a baby, this is even better because now those squats are weighted. Sit at a desk all day? How about some leg lifts while sitting, or desk pushups? Now we come to my favorite.... Commercial breaks. Think about how many commercials there are during your favorite program, or while you cheer for your favorite team. Go ahead and try this: Pick a couple of exercises and perform a set number of each exercise in one of two ways. Split the exercises per the whole commercial break, or each individual commercial. It may seem easy, but you know those talk shows. They can go to commercial every couple of minutes. Be resourceful, and a little creative. You have time. Are you too busy to look for it?
